At our store, every product is made to order through our exclusive partnership with Printful. This means each item is custom-produced just for you — we do not keep inventory or engage in bulk production.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

Non-Defective Products

According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • change of mind

  • wrong size selection

  • personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before completing your order.


❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect compared to what you ordered

please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if it’s confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will offer a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

⚠️ Important: Do not send items back before contacting us and receiving approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not accepted by the facility.


ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • Invalid address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the package will be returned to the fulfillment center. You may be charged for reshipping costs.

  • Unclaimed packages: If you fail to receive or claim your order and it is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Abandoned returns: Items returned without communication or that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated to charity without prior notice.
